Inför Midsommar, och egentligen inför sommaren generellt så har jag ett superenkelt men superfräscht drinktips till er.
St Germain är en söt och blommig likör med smak av tydlig fläder och inslag av citron, ananas och nektarin. Vilket gör den till en superfin ingrediens i en drink innehållande bubbel – eftersom bubbel är så torrt.
Ni behöver:
– St Germain
– Mousserande eller Champagne
– Soda
– Is
– Valfritt glas, jag tycker det blev fint med både highball- och stort vinglas.
Gör såhär:
Häll först i bubbel, sedan St Germain likören.
Lika mycket av varje, förslagsvis 6cl vardera och toppa med is och soda.

Och sen får man aldrig glömma att man både äter och dricker med ögonen också. Så glöm inte att piffa upp era drinkar med någon garnering. Kanske en klassisk citronskiva? Eller en liten myntakvist. Man gillar ju när livet känns piffigt.
